Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 333/2025 dated 10.10.2025 about false allegations of miscarriage due to cruelty.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Arjun Khurana, son of Mr. Vijay Khurana, resident of Flat No. 402, Pocket C-5, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi – 110088, was falsely accused by my wife Mrs. Priya Khurana of causing a miscarriage through domestic cruelty. Complaint No. 333/2025 was filed on 10th October 2025 at CAW Cell Shalimar Bagh.

The complaint includes fabricated medical reports from a private clinic in Pitampura dated 08.10.2025. Despite submitting my objection dated 12.10.2025 and authentic medical records showing no malpractice or assault, IO W/SI Reena Sharma has not verified evidence and continues to delay investigation.

On 18.10.2025, I requested certified copies of statements and medical reports. My requests were deferred multiple times by the IO without written reasons, apparently under pressure from the complainant’s relatives.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 333/2025 dated 10.10.2025 filed by Mrs. Priya Khurana with annexures (medical reports, hospital bills, photographs).
2. Certified copy of my written objection dated 12.10.2025 submitted at CAW Cell Shalimar Bagh.
3. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by W/SI Reena Sharma between 10.10.2025 and 25.10.2025.
4. Certified copy of statements recorded of complainant, family members, and attending medical staff.
5. Certified copy of SHO Shalimar Bagh’s recommendation/remarks regarding FIR registration.
6. Certified copy of ACP North-West District’s file noting on this case.
7. Number of matrimonial complaints in 2025 till October filed at CAW Cell Shalimar Bagh relating to miscarriage allegations, and number of verified vs unverified cases.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints received against IOs of CAW Cell Shalimar Bagh in 2024–2025.
