I, Mr. Rajesh Khanna, resident of Plot No. 56, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi – 110085, filed a complaint at Rohini Police Station (Diary No. 141/2025) on 6th October 2025 regarding illegal possession and encroachment of my vacant plot at Plot No. 60, Sector-3, Rohini by unknown persons. Despite submission of property ownership documents, site photographs, and witness statements from neighbors, no FIR has been registered, and encroachers continue to occupy the land with full knowledge of local police officials.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 141/2025 dated 06.10.2025 and all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of diary entries, inquiry notings, and action taken report by IO SI Deepak Tyagi.
3. Certified copy of reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR despite documentary evidence of ownership.
4. Certified copy of correspondence, if any, made with DDA / Revenue Department regarding verification of illegal possession.
5. Certified copy of supervisory instructions or remarks by SHO/ACP regarding Complaint No. 141/2025.
6. Total number of illegal land possession/encroachment complaints received at Rohini Police Station in 2024 and 2025 (till October 2025), and the number of FIRs registered.
7. Certified copy of rules/guidelines followed by Rohini Police Station for investigation of property/land possession disputes.
