Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Ms. Priya Bansal, resident of House No. 27/4, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi – 110015, submitted a written complaint at CAW Cell, Kirti Nagar (Diary No. 318/2025) on 5th November 2025 against my husband Mr. Varun Bansal and his family members for mental and physical cruelty, unlawful dowry demands, and threats. Despite submitting WhatsApp conversations, medical reports from Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, and witness statements of neighbors, no FIR has been registered till date. The IO W/SI Sunita Yadav has repeatedly postponed hearings without providing any valid explanation.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 318/2025 dated 05.11.2025 along with annexures filed by me.
2. Certified copy of attendance register showing my presence on 09.11.2025 and 16.11.2025 at CAW Cell, Kirti Nagar.
3. Certified copy of notings, reports, and action taken by IO W/SI Sunita Yadav regarding my complaint.
4. Certified copy of reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR under Section 498A/406 IPC.
5. Total number of matrimonial complaints received at CAW Cell, Kirti Nagar in 2024 and 2025 (till November 2025), and number converted into FIRs.
6. Certified copy of circulars or instructions issued to IOs for timely action in matrimonial harassment complaints.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks made by ACP CAW (West District) on Complaint No. 318/2025.
