Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 209/2025 dated 08.12.2025 about fraudulent land sale through GPA

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Suresh Mehta, resident of House No. 44, Friends Colony Industrial Area, Shahdara, Delhi – 110095, lodged a complaint at Shahdara Police Station (Diary No. 209/2025) on 8th December 2025 against one Mr. Anil Kapoor and his associates, who fraudulently sold my legally owned property situated at Plot No. 112, Jagatpuri Extension, Shahdara using a fake GPA and fabricated documents. Despite submitting certified ownership papers, mutation records from the Revenue Department, and photographs of the encroachers, no FIR has been registered. IO SI Manoj Tiwari only made casual visits to the site and closed the inquiry without informing me in writing.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 209/2025 dated 08.12.2025 with all annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry notings, site visit reports, and action taken by IO SI Manoj Tiwari.
3. Certified copy of diary entries showing my appearances on 10.12.2025 and 18.12.2025 at Shahdara Police Station.
4. Certified copy of reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR despite clear evidence of forgery and fraud.
5. Certified copy of correspondence made by Shahdara Police Station with Revenue Department or Sub-Registrar regarding verification of GPA documents.
6. Total number of fraudulent property/GPA complaints received at Shahdara Police Station in 2024 and 2025 (till December 2025), and the number converted into FIRs.
7. Certified copy of rules/guidelines issued to IOs for handling property fraud and GPA-related disputes.
8. Certified copy of supervisory remarks made by SHO/ACP on Complaint No. 209/2025.
