Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Ms. Radhika Sethi, resident of House No. 144, Satya Niketan, New Delhi – 110021, submitted a written complaint at CAW Cell, Nanakpura (Diary No. 027/2025) on 9th January 2025 against my husband Mr. Amit Sethi and his relatives for cruelty, dowry harassment, and misappropriation of my stridhan. During inquiry proceedings, the respondents made multiple contradictory and false statements, including denial of marriage dates and fabricated income proofs, which amount to perjury under IPC. Despite submitting my marriage certificate, salary slips, and evidence from my landlord, the IO W/SI Anjali Verma has neither registered FIR nor recorded action against perjury.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 027/2025 dated 09.01.2025 along with annexures filed by me.
2. Certified copy of statements submitted by the respondents (Mr. Amit Sethi & others) during CAW inquiry.
3. Certified copy of comparative notings or inquiry remarks by IO W/SI Anjali Verma regarding contradictions and falsehoods in respondents’ statements.
4. Certified copy of reasons recorded for not registering FIR under Sections 498A/406 IPC and for ignoring perjury committed before CAW officials.
5. Total number of matrimonial complaints received at CAW Cell, Nanakpura in 2024 and 2025 (till January 2025), and number of FIRs registered.
6. Certified copy of any circulars/guidelines issued to IOs for dealing with perjury and false evidence in matrimonial complaints.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks made by ACP CAW (South-West District) on Complaint No. 027/2025.
