Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Arvind Malhotra, resident of Flat No. 205, Shivalik Apartments, Sector-6, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110075, lodged a complaint at Dwarka South Police Station (Diary No. 062/2025) on 14th February 2025 against my cousin Mr. Kunal Malhotra and his associates who forged affidavits and filed false property documents before local authorities to grab my ancestral house situated at Plot No. 14, Sector-7, Dwarka. Despite submission of original sale deed, electricity bills, and testimonies of neighbors, no FIR has been registered. IO SI Ramesh Chauhan allegedly took bribes from the opposite party and filed misleading inquiry notes, ignoring clear acts of perjury.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 062/2025 dated 14.02.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry notes, diary entries, and reports prepared by IO SI Ramesh Chauhan.
3. Certified copy of false affidavits and documents submitted by respondents which were attached to the inquiry file.
4. Certified copy of reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR despite documentary proof of forgery and perjury.
5. Total number of property dispute/forgery complaints received at Dwarka South Police Station in 2024 and 2025 (till February 2025), and number converted into FIRs.
6. Certified copy of correspondence, if any, between Dwarka South Police Station and Sub-Registrar, Dwarka regarding the property documents of Plot No. 14, Sector-7, Dwarka.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of SHO/ACP Dwarka South on Complaint No. 062/2025.
