Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding illegal sale and registry of property at Shalimar Bagh and inaction of police officials.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Ashok Khurana, son of Mr. Ramesh Khurana, resident of A-47, Ashiana Apartments, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi – 110088, seek certified information regarding fraudulent sale of my ancestral property located at BN Block, Shalimar Bagh.

On 17th February 2025, I discovered that my cousins, in collusion with a local property dealer, had executed a forged registry of our BN Block house by using fabricated documents and impersonation of family members. Despite filing a detailed written complaint at PS Shalimar Bagh on 20.02.2025, no FIR has been registered and officials are deliberately delaying action.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of my complaint dated 20.02.2025 acknowledged by PS Shalimar Bagh.
2. Certified copy of the GD entry made in relation to this complaint.
3. Certified copy of inquiry report prepared by the IO along with remarks of SHO Shalimar Bagh.
4. Details of steps taken by police regarding verification of documents submitted for the fraudulent registry.
5. Certified copy of correspondence between PS Shalimar Bagh and the Sub-Registrar Pitampura (North-West Delhi) on this property.
6. Number of property fraud complaints received in PS Shalimar Bagh during Jan 2024 – March 2025, and how many FIRs were registered.
7. Certified copy of departmental circulars regarding mandatory registration of FIR in property fraud cases.
