Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding FIR No. 157/2025 dated 12.04.2025 registered under POCSO Act & IPC at PS Vivek Vihar.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Ramesh Malhotra, son of Mr. Vijay Malhotra, resident of D-82, Surajmal Vihar, Delhi – 110092, wish to seek certified information regarding a false FIR registered against me and my younger brother Mr. Ankur Malhotra.

On 12th April 2025, our tenant’s daughter, Ms. Neha (17 years), lodged a false complaint alleging molestation and sexual harassment, leading to registration of FIR No. 157/2025 under the POCSO Act & Sections 354/506 IPC at PS Vivek Vihar. This was a deliberate attempt to extort money from my family and pressurize us to vacate the rented accommodation.

The Investigating Officer, W/SI Jyoti Sharma, has failed to record statements of independent neighbors and CCTV footage that proves our innocence. No action has been taken despite repeated representations made by us to the SHO Vivek Vihar and ACP Gandhi Nagar.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of FIR No. 157/2025 along with all annexures and statements recorded till date.
2. Certified copy of the complaint made by Ms. Neha and her parents with date/time of submission.
3. Certified copy of MLC (if any) prepared by the concerned hospital in this matter.
4. Certified copy of GD entry regarding lodging of FIR on 12.04.2025.
5. Certified copy of IO’s preliminary investigation report and statements of neighbors (if any).
6. Certified copy of any CCTV footage collected and examined by PS Vivek Vihar.
7. Certified copy of communication sent to CAW Cell Gandhi Nagar regarding this false complaint.
8. Total number of false POCSO cases (closed as false/mistaken fact) registered at PS Vivek Vihar between Jan 2024 – June 2025.
