Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 211/2025 dated 18.06.2025 about illegal possession of NRI property at Ward No. 4, Mehrauli.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Rajeev Anand, son of Late Mr. Dinesh Anand, resident of H-12, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi – 110017, presently residing in London, UK, filed Complaint No. 211/2025 on 18th June 2025 at PS Mehrauli against my cousins Mr. Suresh Anand and Mr. Vikas Anand for forcibly occupying my ancestral property located at Ward No. 4, near Chattarpur Road, Mehrauli.

Despite my complaint, police officials have not taken any action. Instead, my relatives have started illegal construction and attempted to sell portions of the land. The IO, SI Deepak Rana, has not registered FIR despite repeated written reminders sent via email and speed post.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 211/2025 dated 18.06.2025 with annexures filed by me.
2. Certified copy of GD (General Diary) entries made at PS Mehrauli on 18.06.2025 and subsequent follow-ups.
3. Certified copy of IO’s preliminary investigation report submitted by SI Deepak Rana.
4. Certified copy of SHO’s notings or recommendations on this matter.
5. Certified copy of communication (if any) between PS Mehrauli and SDM Mehrauli regarding land encroachment disputes.
6. Certified copy of file noting sent to ACP South District regarding this complaint.
7. Total number of property dispute complaints lodged at PS Mehrauli between Jan 2024 – June 2025, and FIRs registered.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints filed against officers of PS Mehrauli for inaction in property matters in 2024–2025.
