Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Raghav Bansal, son of Mr. Satish Bansal, resident of House No. 122, Gagan Vihar, Delhi – 110051, lodged a complaint on 4th May 2025 at CAW Cell Krishna Nagar regarding false allegations made by my wife Mrs. Priya Bansal.

She has filed Complaint No. 147/2025 falsely accusing me, my aged parents, and my younger sister under IPC 498A, demanding huge financial settlement as a pre-condition for "compromise". Despite providing proof of her independent income (working as a fashion designer in Laxmi Nagar) and bank transfers showing I have been financially supporting her, the IO has pressurized my family to "settle" instead of acting fairly.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 147/2025 filed by Mrs. Priya Bansal and subsequent inquiry notes by the IO.
2. Certified copy of GD (General Diary) entries of CAW Cell Krishna Nagar dated 04.05.2025 and thereafter.
3. Certified copy of notices issued to my parents Mr. Satish Bansal and Mrs. Sunita Bansal and my sister Ms. Tanya Bansal for appearance at CAW Cell.
4. Certified copy of IO remarks/reports recommending registration of FIR under IPC 498A/406.
5. Certified copy of mediation proceedings or settlement recommendations initiated by CAW Cell in this matter.
6. Number of complaints received in CAW Cell Krishna Nagar between Jan 2024 – May 2025 where husband’s side alleged false dowry harassment allegations, and FIRs actually registered.
7. Certified copy of departmental circulars/guidelines on how CAW Cell officers must act in false complaint matters.
