Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 59/2025 dated 05.04.2025 about fake registry and double selling of property at AE Block, Shalimar Bagh.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Ashok Khanna, son of Mr. Ramesh Khanna, resident of Flat No. 307, Tower B, DLF Capital Greens, Moti Nagar, New Delhi – 110015, lodged Complaint No. 59/2025 on 5th April 2025 at PS Shalimar Bagh regarding fake registry of my property Plot No. AE-142, Shalimar Bagh.

The accused Mr. Devendra Malhotra fraudulently executed a second sale deed of the same property in March 2025 in favor of Mr. Ankit Mehra despite already selling the property to me in October 2023. Registry office officials at Kashmere Gate Sub-Registrar allegedly colluded in accepting the fraudulent documents. Despite submission of proof of my original sale deed, no FIR has been registered and illegal possession attempts are continuing.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 59/2025 dated 05.04.2025 lodged by me with PS Shalimar Bagh along with annexures.
2. Certified copy of GD (General Diary) entries made on 05.04.2025 and subsequent dates regarding this complaint.
3. Certified copy of IO report by SI handling the matter and remarks by SHO Shalimar Bagh regarding FIR registration.
4. Certified copy of any correspondence sent by PS Shalimar Bagh to Sub-Registrar, Kashmere Gate regarding verification of double registry of AE-142, Shalimar Bagh.
5. Certified copy of file noting/orders by ACP North-West on this complaint.
6. Total number of property fraud complaints (fake registry/double sale) registered in PS Shalimar Bagh between Jan 2024 – April 2025 along with number of FIRs registered.
7. Certified copy of disciplinary complaints against officers of PS Shalimar Bagh for negligence in property fraud cases between 2024–2025.
