NEW DEVELOPMENT: AAMIR DETAINED OVER ALLEGED HELP IN EVASION
The investigation into Lucknow café owner Shiva Sharma’s death has taken another turn. According to media reports dated 21 October, police detained Aamir, who is accused of helping Shraddha Dubey flee towards the Nepal border and allegedly arranging a phone and SIM using a false identity.Dubey, her sister Rashmi and driver Tanveer Ali alias Danish were arrested in Nagpur on 20 October. A Nagpur court granted the three accused transit remand to Lucknow until 24 October.
Shiva died after falling from a fourth-floor apartment on 9 October. His family alleges murder and mistreatment. Shraddha denies involvement and claims he died by suicide. The allegations must be tested through evidence and due process—not social-media claims.
दिल्ली में भी सवाल उठना चाहिए: जब किसी परिवार का बेटा संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में मरता है, तो उसे निष्पक्ष जाँच और जवाबदेही मिलनी चाहिए।
MEN CELL DELHI proposes a peaceful awareness march at Jantar Mantar calling for a fair, evidence-based investigation and accountability wherever wrongdoing is proved. This is a proposed campaign, not a report of an event already held.
