Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Harsh Mehta, resident of Flat No. B-27, Surajmal Vihar Colony, Delhi – 110092, filed a written complaint on 02nd April 2025 at Anand Vihar Police Station (Diary No. 334/2025) against my uncle Mr. Suresh Mehta, who fraudulently executed a forged sale deed of our ancestral property located at B-29, Surajmal Vihar Colony, Delhi. The documents I submitted include copies of the original property registry (1989), electricity bills in my late father’s name, and photographs of possession. Despite clear evidence of fraud and forgery, the police have not registered an FIR till date.

Under the RTI Act, 2005, kindly provide certified information on the following points:

1. Certified copy of DD entry and Diary No. 334/2025 dated 02.04.2025 recorded at Anand Vihar Police Station.
2. Certified copy of inquiry report prepared by the IO, SI Ravinder Kumar, regarding the forged property transfer documents.
3. Reasons recorded in writing for non-registration of FIR against Mr. Suresh Mehta despite evidence submitted.
4. Certified copy of any opinion sought from the Prosecution Branch regarding this matter.
5. Certified copy of correspondence made with Sub-Registrar Office (Shahdara) regarding verification of the disputed sale deed.
6. Details of all property forgery/illegal transfer complaints received at Anand Vihar Police Station during 2024 and 2025 (till May 2025), along with their disposal status.
7. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary action taken against officers of Anand Vihar Police Station for ignoring property fraud complaints in the last 2 years.
