Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 221/2025 dated 02.08.2025 filed by wife with fabricated medical bills in dowry harassment case.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Abhinav Tiwari, son of Mr. Suresh Tiwari, resident of Flat No. 301, Gagan Vihar Extension, Delhi – 110051, was falsely implicated by my wife Mrs. Nidhi Tiwari in Complaint No. 221/2025 filed on 2nd August 2025 at CAW Cell Krishna Nagar.

In her complaint, she has alleged severe dowry harassment and submitted medical bills worth ₹2.5 lakhs from a private clinic in Laxmi Nagar, which I have strong reasons to believe are fabricated and created post-filing of the complaint. During counseling sessions in August 2025, IO W/SI Manju Rana did not verify the authenticity of these medical bills despite my written objection dated 10.08.2025.

Further, on 18.08.2025, my parents (aged 67 and 62) were forced to attend the CAW Cell where the IO openly threatened that FIR under 498A/406 IPC would be registered unless we “compromise”. This appears to be a misuse of the CAW Cell machinery under pressure from the complainant’s politically connected relatives.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 221/2025 dated 02.08.2025 filed by Mrs. Nidhi Tiwari with annexures (medical bills, photographs, etc.).
2. Certified copy of my written objection dated 10.08.2025 submitted at CAW Cell Krishna Nagar regarding fabricated bills.
3. Certified copy of IO diary entries maintained by W/SI Manju Rana from 02.08.2025 to 20.08.2025.
4. Certified copy of attendance register showing presence of my parents on 18.08.2025 at CAW Cell.
5. Certified copy of any inquiry conducted to verify genuineness of medical bills submitted by complainant.
6. Certified copy of SHO Krishna Nagar’s recommendation or remarks on the file before forwarding it for FIR.
7. Details of all complaints registered at CAW Cell Krishna Nagar in 2025 till August where medical bills were submitted as part of dowry harassment evidence.
8. Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints received against IOs of CAW Cell Krishna Nagar in 2024–2025 for biased investigations.
