Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Sandeep Arora, son of Mr. Harish Arora, resident of Flat No. 21, Pocket B-3, Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi – 110085, lodged Complaint No. 198/2025 dated 9th July 2025 at PS Rohini Sector-3 regarding illegal encroachment and land grabbing of my family plot by a known builder mafia group led by Rohit Bansal and associates.
Despite repeated complaints, the local beat officers are openly siding with the accused. On 12.07.2025, I personally met the SHO Rohini Sector-3 and submitted documentary proof including registry papers (2001), DDA mutation records, and electricity bill copies. However, the SHO refused to register FIR and instead advised me to “settle” the matter with the builder.
Further, reliable neighbors informed me that on 15.07.2025, police officers of PS Rohini Sector-3 visited the encroached site along with the builder, and instead of taking action, they facilitated illegal construction work continuing at the property. This clearly shows collusion between the police and land mafia.
Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:
- Certified copy of Complaint No. 198/2025 dated 09.07.2025 filed by me with PS Rohini Sector-3 along with all annexures.
- Certified copy of GD (General Diary) entry of 09.07.2025 and subsequent dates regarding my complaint.
- Certified copy of report submitted by the beat constable regarding site verification at my plot in Sector-8, Rohini.
- Certified copy of reasons recorded by SHO for not registering FIR under IPC Sections 420/467/468/471/120B despite documentary proof.
- Certified copy of directions given by ACP Rohini to SHO on my complaint file, if any.
- Number of land grabbing complaints received in 2024 and 2025 till date at PS Rohini Sector-3, and FIRs registered out of those complaints.
- Certified copy of vigilance/disciplinary complaints received against officers of PS Rohini Sector-3 in the last two years (2024–2025).
- Certified copy of file noting regarding visit of police staff along with builder on 15.07.2025 at disputed site.
