Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 095/2025 dated 06.07.2025 on harassment, dowry, and denial of child custody

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mrs. Anjali Mehra, resident of Flat No. 82, Sector-12, Rohini, Delhi – 110085, had filed Complaint No. 095/2025 on 6th July 2025 before CAW Cell, Rohini against my husband Mr. Sandeep Mehra and his family members for repeated harassment, dowry demands, and unlawful denial of custody of my 3-year-old daughter. Despite submission of school records, photographs, bank transfer receipts, and witness statements, IO SI Priya Khanna has neither registered an FIR nor facilitated recovery of child custody.

During three scheduled hearings (10th July, 17th July, and 24th July 2025), no effective action was taken. I was repeatedly asked to “settle amicably” despite legal evidence of cruelty and threats of relocation of my daughter.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 095/2025 dated 06.07.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of hearing notices issued to respondents (Mr. Sandeep Mehra & family) and proof of their attendance/non-attendance.
3. Certified copy of inquiry notes, reports, and recommendations made by IO SI Priya Khanna.
4. Certified copy of list of evidences (documents, photographs, school records) annexed to this complaint file.
5. Certified copy of reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR under Sections 498A/406 IPC and for non-action on child custody violation.
6. Total number of matrimonial complaints received at CAW Cell Rohini in 2024 and 2025 (till July 2025), and number of FIRs registered.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, CAW Cell Outer Delhi, on Complaint No. 095/2025.
