Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 067/2025 dated 10.06.2025 on land mafia encroachment and police collusion

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Naresh Verma, resident of House No. 34, Street No. 8, Anand Vihar, Delhi – 110092, had lodged a written complaint at PS Vivek Vihar on 10th June 2025 (Diary No. 067/2025) against local land mafia led by Mr. Rajesh Tyagi and his associates, who have illegally encroached upon my vacant plot at Plot No. 15, Block D, Vivek Vihar Phase-II.

Despite submission of the original sale deed (registered in 2014), municipal tax receipts, and site photographs showing illegal construction, IO ASI Pradeep Rana did not register FIR. Instead, he falsely claimed the matter to be "civil in nature" and ignored clear evidence of criminal trespass, forgery of documents, and threats by hired musclemen. Multiple neighbors witnessed the illegal activities but their statements were not recorded.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 067/2025 dated 10.06.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry reports, diary entries, and notes prepared by IO ASI Pradeep Rana.
3. Certified copy of photographs, statements, and other evidence annexed with the complaint file.
4. Certified copy of SHO Vivek Vihar’s remarks and reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR.
5. Total number of land encroachment/property complaints received at PS Vivek Vihar in 2024 and 2025 (till June 2025), and how many converted into FIRs.
6. Certified copy of any correspondence made by PS Vivek Vihar with EDMC (East Delhi Municipal Corporation) regarding demolition/verification of illegal construction at Plot No. 15, Block D, Vivek Vihar Phase-II.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP Shahdara on Complaint No. 067/2025.
