Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Deepak Grover, resident of House No. 22, Sector-4, Narela, Delhi – 110040, had lodged a written complaint at PS Narela on 8th August 2025 (Diary No. 076/2025) against my paternal cousin Mr. Vinod Grover and his associates who illegally occupied a part of my ancestral plot at Plot No. 18, Sector-5, Narela and used forged sale documents to claim ownership.

Despite submission of registered sale deed, revenue records, and witness statements, IO SI Rohit Mehra did not register an FIR and prepared a misleading inquiry report citing “civil dispute.” Multiple neighbors witnessed the encroachment and threats, but their statements were ignored. The matter seems to involve collusion with local municipal authorities to facilitate the illegal occupation.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 076/2025 dated 08.08.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry reports, diary entries, and notes prepared by IO SI Rohit Mehra.
3. Certified copy of all documents submitted by respondents claiming ownership, including forged sale deeds.
4. Certified copy of SHO Narela’s remarks and reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR.
5. Total number of land/property fraud complaints received at PS Narela in 2024 and 2025 (till August 2025), and number converted into FIRs.
6. Certified copy of any correspondence between PS Narela and local revenue/municipal authorities regarding verification of property ownership.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, North District, on Complaint No. 076/2025.
