Subject: Information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding Complaint No. 099/2025 dated 12.12.2025 on fraudulent property sale and police inaction

Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Anil Khanna, resident of House No. 44, Pocket A, Dwarka Sector-10, Delhi – 110075, had lodged a written complaint at PS Dwarka Sector-10 on 12th December 2025 (Diary No. 099/2025) against Mr. Pankaj Sharma, who fraudulently sold my vacant plot at Plot No. 9, Sector-10 Dwarka using forged signatures and fake registry documents.

Despite submitting original property papers, registry records, and forensic signature verification, IO ASI Rakesh Yadav did not register an FIR and only recorded a vague “civil dispute” note. The fraudulent buyer is now claiming legal ownership, while my repeated requests for action remain ignored. Neighbors and witnesses are ready to provide statements, but no effort was made by the police to record them.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 099/2025 dated 12.12.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry reports, diary entries, and notes prepared by IO ASI Rakesh Yadav.
3. Certified copy of documents submitted by respondents claiming ownership, including forged registry papers.
4. Certified copy of SHO Dwarka Sector-10’s remarks and reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR.
5. Total number of property fraud complaints received at PS Dwarka Sector-10 in 2024 and 2025 (till December 2025), and number converted into FIRs.
6. Certified copy of any correspondence between PS Dwarka Sector-10 and the Sub-Registrar office regarding verification of property records.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, South-West District, on Complaint No. 099/2025.
