Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Vivek Tyagi, resident of House No. 12, Street No. 7, Vaishali Colony, Ghaziabad – 201012, had lodged Complaint No. 064/2025 on 18th November 2025 at PS Ghaziabad against Mr. Ramesh Yadav and unknown municipal officials who facilitated a fraudulent mutation in municipal records to illegally occupy my plot at Plot No. 34, Sector-7, Vaishali, Ghaziabad.

Despite submission of registered property deeds, revenue records, and affidavits from neighbors witnessing the encroachment, IO ASI Pankaj Kumar did not register an FIR, and the illegal possession continues. Attempts to resolve with local authorities have been ignored, indicating possible collusion with municipal officials.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 064/2025 dated 18.11.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry reports, diary entries, and notes prepared by IO ASI Pankaj Kumar.
3. Certified copy of fake mutation documents filed by respondents and municipal office correspondence.
4. Certified copy of SHO Ghaziabad’s remarks and reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR.
5. Total number of land/property complaints received at PS Ghaziabad in 2024 and 2025 (till November 2025), and number converted into FIRs.
6. Certified copy of correspondence between PS Ghaziabad and the municipal office regarding verification of property ownership.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, Ghaziabad District, on Complaint No. 064/2025.
