Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Mr. Rohit Malhotra, resident of House No. 78, Street No. 12, Karawal Nagar, Delhi – 110094, had lodged a written complaint at PS Karawal Nagar on 15th October 2025 (Diary No. 054/2025) against my neighbor Mr. Sunil Chauhan and his associates who have illegally constructed additional floors on a vacant plot adjacent to my property at Plot No. 24, Karawal Nagar, encroaching upon my land.

Despite submitting original property papers, revenue records, photographs, and witness statements, IO ASI Priyank Sharma failed to register an FIR or take action. The illegal construction continues, and multiple neighbors’ complaints have been ignored. It appears that the local municipal officials were complicit in permitting the unlawful construction.

Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:

1. Certified copy of Complaint No. 054/2025 dated 15.10.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
2. Certified copy of inquiry reports, diary entries, and notes prepared by IO ASI Priyank Sharma.
3. Certified copy of photographs, maps, and witness statements annexed to the complaint file.
4. Certified copy of SHO Karawal Nagar’s remarks and reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR.
5. Total number of land/property complaints received at PS Karawal Nagar in 2024 and 2025 (till October 2025), and number converted into FIRs.
6. Certified copy of correspondence between PS Karawal Nagar and NDMC/municipal authorities regarding verification and demolition of illegal construction.
7. Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, North-East District, on Complaint No. 054/2025.
