Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Suresh Khanna, resident of House No. 118, BU Block, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034, had lodged a written complaint at PS Shalimar Bagh on 5th April 2025 (Diary No. 142/2025) against my neighbor Mr. Rakesh Bhatia and his associates who prepared a forged General Power of Attorney (GPA) and a fake registry in connivance with certain officials at Sub-Registrar’s Office, Pitampura. The fraudulent documents were then used to claim ownership of my legally purchased property at House No. 96, BL Block, Shalimar Bagh.
Despite my submission of original sale deed registered in 2009, utility bills, and bank loan documents, the investigating officer SI Deepak Kumar has failed to register FIR. Instead, misleading “inquiry reports” were prepared to shield the accused. I have strong reason to believe that illegal gratification was exchanged to suppress my genuine complaint.
Kindly provide certified information under the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points:
- Certified copy of Complaint No. 142/2025 dated 05.04.2025 along with annexures submitted by me.
- Certified copies of inquiry reports, diary entries, and notes prepared by IO SI Deepak Kumar.
- Certified copy of the forged GPA and registry documents seized or annexed during the inquiry.
- Certified copy of SHO’s remarks on this complaint and reasons recorded for non-registration of FIR.
- Total number of property fraud complaints involving forged GPA/registries received at PS Shalimar Bagh in 2024 and 2025 (till April 2025), along with number converted into FIRs.
- Certified copy of any correspondence between PS Shalimar Bagh and Sub-Registrar, Pitampura regarding verification of disputed property documents.
- Certified copy of supervisory remarks of ACP, Model Town Sub-Division, on Complaint No. 142/2025.
